Americas Baseball League Announces #1 Player Monday, August 2nd , 2151 Americas Baseball League pitchers tried and tried all week long to stop Pedro Morán, but to no avail. His eyes would light up when he came to the plate and he hit everything in sight, batting .500 for the week to win the ABL-AAA Player of the Week Award. The Granma center fielder cracked 13 hits in 26 at-bats, no home runs, drove in 6 runs and scored 2 times. So far this season, Morán has put up a .271 batting average with 96 hits, 10 home runs and 45 RBIs. |
