Stars-Hilltoppers Fight Nets 4-Game Suspensions Friday, June 24th, 2129 The league office has suspended Glenn Reed of the Stars and José Núñez of the Hilltoppers 4 games for their part in the scuffle between the two teams yesterday at Stars Stadium. Thus far this year Reed has hit .293 with no home runs and 28 RBIs. This year Núñez has chalked up a 5.50 ERA with 3 saves. In 27 relief appearances he has put up a 0-4 won-lost mark and struck out 35 batters in 37.2 innings. |
