Bayamon Wins Divisional Series Monday, September 13th , 2151 The Bayamon Coqui and Belo Horizonte Jaguars hooked up in a classic Divisional Series that went right down to the wire. In the end, it's Bayamon heading off to the League Championship Series, after a 7-3 win at Jaguars Ballpark tonight earned the 3-2 series win. Outside Jaguars Ballpark, whether they were supporters of Bayamon or Belo Horizonte, many fans talked about how it was a series they would never forget. Hiroya Tsuji played the hero for the Coqui in the series, as his MVP performance included a .478 batting average, with a .500 on-base percentage. He also had 2 home runs, 5 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Bayamon Coqui will play against the Curitiba Toucans in the next round. Curitiba won their series against the Grand Rapids Growlers 3 games to 0.
