Morales Out-Powers Competition Monday, July 13th , 2150 The 2150 Home Run Challenge was held at Jaguars Stadium tonight in front of a packed crowd. Belem Jaguars slugger Luis Morales wowed fans by taking down Kenkichi Nakayama in the final round by a score of 8-7. "I train with Kenkichi in the offseason, so he was the one guy I didn't want to face in the finals," said Morales. "I knew I'd need to give it my all to beat him." Career-to-date Morales is hitting .215 with a total of 42 home runs. |
