Brown Wins ABL-AA Top Pitcher Honors Thursday, August 1st, 2126 There's something about a young rookie winning the ABL Double A Pitcher of the Month trophy that sends shock waves through the league. Such is the case with Caden Brown, a 26-year-old starter for the Sacramento Stars. In July, he topped off the month with a 5-1 mark and 1.65 ERA in 6 starts, tossed 49 innings, fanned 24 and held opposing teams to a .214 average. This season in 22 starts Caden Brown has a record of 9-8 with 89 strikeouts in 151.2 innings and a 3.44 ERA. |
