IBL-AA Star of the Week Chosen Monday, August 20th , 2131 Rodrigo Valadez burst onto the Intercontinental Baseball League stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie right fielder for Bochum garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 23-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .346 (9-for-26) with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week. Valadez is hitting .273 this season with 18 home runs, 72 RBIs and 64 runs scored. He has 120 hits in 439 at-bats. |
