Red Rocks Hurler Stride Tosses Masterpiece Sunday, May 26th, 2126 Frank Stride of the Sedona Red Rocks was cool and collected on the mound, leading his club to a shutout victory over the Zapopan Aztecs, 7-0. "He was mixing his pitches real well and keeping his composure on the mound," Sedona manager said later. "When Frank does that, good things happen." The right-hander had 7 strikeouts, 6 walks and allowed 3 hits in the win. To this point in the season he has had no saves. Stride has made no relief appearances, tossed 68 innings and struck out 71 with a record of 6 wins and 4 losses. |
