Playoffs? No Chance for Eugene Friday, August 10th, 2125 The efforts of the Eugene Emeralds weren't consistent enough this season to have any real shot at making the playoffs. And now they have been officially and mathematically eliminated from the postseason chase. Before this season, the Emeralds last missed the playoffs in 2122. In the 25 years they have been a ABL Rookie League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 17 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 8 times. Eugene has won the ABL-R Finals 2 times in their history. |
