Boston Excels, But Thunderbirds Win
Puerto Rico got a terrific game from third baseman Bruno Boston. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to El Paso, 15-10. Boston went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 4 runs and drove in 5. Hidehira Yamamoto earned the win to go to 9-4. He allowed 5 runs on 6 hits, with 3 walks and 6 strikeouts in 5 innings of work. The win puts El Paso at 56-24 this season.
