IBL Announces Outstanding Batter Award Thursday, June 1st , 2147 Rafael Hammer definitely gained some fans in May with a standout performance that has won him Batter of the Month honors in the Intercontinental Baseball League. The Melbourne third baseman hit .436 with 7 home runs, 27 RBIs and 20 runs scored to capture the award. Thus far this year Hammer has hit .347 with 8 home runs and 31 RBIs. |
