Luys Pegas Sticks with Santo Domingo Friday, July 14th , 2147 Santo Domingo fans celebrated as word of a signing became reality. Luys Pegas won't be pulling up stakes anytime soon, as he has signed a 5-year extension at a pay rate of $4,790,000 per annum. Since he is widely seen as an integral part of the club, Santo Domingo officials had to keep Pegas from jumping ship. Pegas currently has a .269 batting average with 64 hits, 9 homers, 30 RBIs, 52 runs scored and a .366 OBP. |
