Americas Baseball League Names Rookie of Month Sunday, October 1st, 2119 Mitch Qiao's eyes seem to light up whenever he sees the baseball. The young Northwest right fielder has been hitting everything in sight for the better part of a month. In September he was voted the Rookie of the Month Award. During the month he hit .351 with 4 doubles, no triples and 9 home runs. Qiao also scored 28 times and drove in 19 runs. Presently Qiao is batting .297 and has collected 32 home runs, 91 RBIs, .373 OBP and scored 92 runs. |
