Heeffer Rips Mexico City for 5 Hits Tuesday, August 8th , 2147 It was high-fives all around for Wouter Heeffer at Ballpark of Mexico City today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Mexico City Aztecs. Heeffer smashed 5 hits in 6 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 17-11 win. "Wouter was hitting everything," said Toucans manager Casey Blake DeWitt. "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Aztecs manager Square Drive told BNN beat writers that Heeffer "ambushed" the club.
