It looks like the Santo Domingo run may die as nobody can outrun Father Time forever. Will they start the rebuild or go for one last shot at glory? The predictions once again consider the North American Division to be significantly weaker next year. In fact, the difference is pretty startling when you consider that Mexico City would only be considered 1-2 games stronger than Santo Domingo if they played the same schedule.
