Jubilee End Fahd's Streak Friday, June 19th , 2144 Imran Fahd's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 22 games today as the Long Beach Stars dropped their contest with the Galveston Jubilee 6-0 at Express Park. Fahd failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-2. After the game Fahd spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. Thus far this season Fahd has hit .324 with 6 home runs, 25 RBIs and scored 23 times. |
