Stuer Dominates Stars in 1-0 Shutout Tuesday, August 3rd , 2151 Aren Stuer of the Ponce Coqui was in command from start to finish in his 1-0 shutout win over the Long Beach Stars. The right-hander, who is tied for 3rd in the ABL-A in complete games with 5, struck out 8, walked 2 and allowed 7 hits. "I felt strong the entire game," Stuer said. "I felt like I had my good stuff. It was just one of those games when everything was working." This season, Stuer shows a 5-7 record in 17 games, 99 innings, 64 strikeouts, and a 3.45 ERA. |
