London/Santo Domingo

London sends $20M cash

to Santo Domingo for;

2nd and 5th rounders next draft.

I took less then I could have since I would not have got this done without a few prompts.

Confirmed.  Moving cash and need to write a page on interleague draft pick trades.

Processed.  Traded $20M from London and $1 from Santo Domingo.  London will send $1 back for the drafted players after the 2106 draft is imported.

I'm slow on the uptake.  Did London make two trades of $20M for draft picks to both Paris and Santo Domingo?

He was just going to lose the money.  He is running a profit of $40M this season and started with $50M in cash.  So he was just going to throw away $40M if he didn't do something.

There was an issue with this trade I only realized once I set up the draft.  I (Santo Domingo) had already traded my 2106 2nd round pick to Buenos Aires but I didn't remember this and wasn't reminded by a missing pick in the software because this was an interleague draft pick trade.

The trade has been modified.  Instead of Santo Domingo's 2nd round pick and 5th round pick in 2106, London will receive Santo Domingo's 2nd round pick in 2107 and 4th round pick in 2106 (to make up for the delay in receiving the 2nd round pick).
