Postseason heroics will be denied and championship dreams will be dashed, as the playoffs in the Round 1 start today. The clubs will face off in the following matchups:
Paris Fleur-de-Lis (BYE), Los Angeles Stars (BYE), Tokyo Fitzies (BYE), Black Forest Foxes (BYE), Havana Dolphins (BYE), Melbourne Meteors (BYE), Puerto Rico Coqui (BYE), Santo Domingo Palmchats (BYE), Nairobi Black Rhinos (BYE), Sao Paulo Toucans (BYE) and Rome Generals vs Detroit Blue Gills.

The Draft Ladder Tournament opening round has ended. The teams that remain will now ramp up their efforts to capture the 2150 crown. Those teams which have seen their bids end, meanwhile, will learn from the experience and carry it with them into the offseason and beyond.
