after looking over my team...im good, but close to broke. I have some useful....but no priced right for me players to move, all should be fairly cheap in terms of prospects.

Yes, you can trade cash up to the amount on hand at the start of the current season (or next season once the offseason starts).  So you have $7,805,499 you can include.
